I have been a huge fan of Spider-Man since I watched his first movie. After that, I read almost every comic, including Spider-Man. When I started gaming, I searched for Spider-Man games and found that there are over 50 games based on Spider-Man on different platforms. I have almost played all the top-ranked video games. After watching people searching for Spiderman games, I thought, why not give a true review of the games that I have played? So, in this blog, we will check out the best Spider-man games that have been played globally.

The player has to play the game from the third-person perspective, interact with characters, undertake missions, and more. While playing the game, the player has to complete side missions. Furthermore, the game is popular for its graphics, narrative, characterisation, combat, and musical score.

2. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

Insomniac Games developed Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, an action-adventure game, released on October 20, 2023. It is the third instalment of Marvel’s Spider-Man series. In this game, Peter Parker and Miles Morales return in the game. Moreover, both, Peter and Miles manage the balance of their lives, friendships, and their duty to protect the innocents. They fight with Venom, cruel Kraven the Hunter. 

3. Spider-Man: Miles Morales

Insomniac Games developed Spider-Man: Miles Morales and released it on November 12, 2020. It is the second installment of Marvel’s Spider-Man game series. In this game, Miles Morales has a new home, Harlem, where a mysterious monster, Tinkerer attacks the civilians. Miles, along with his hero, Spider-Man, saves New York City. Miles can also perform bioelectric venom blast attacks. The other heroes in Spider-Man: Miles Morales are Rio Morales and Gankee Lee.

4. Spider-Man: Battle for New York

Torus Games developed Spider-Man: Battle for New York and released it on November 14, 2006. It is one of the oldest Spider-Man games that features Spider-Man and Green Goblin. Moreover, Norman Osborn wanted to become a Spider-Man, and after learning the process, he tried it on himself. However, instead of becoming a Spider-Man, he becomes a Green Goblin, thinking that the process succeeded. He is trying to experiment on civilians to create a Goblin army.

Treyarch, Vicarious Visions, and Mforma developed Ultimate Spider-Man and released it on September 22, 2005. Moreover, it is an open-world game where players can explore the city. Meanwhile, Alistair Smythe, the new CEO of the research centre, tries to find a cure to take the credit by eliminating Spiderman. The game takes place around the P.H.A.N.T.O.M.s, who are dangerous creatures. Furthermore, Spiderman, along with his allies fights with these creatures and saves the world. 10. The Amazing Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin

Technopop and Sega are the developers of The Amazing Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin, released in August 1991. The game has many villains including Doctor Octopus, Sandman, the Lizard, Hobgoblin, Vulture, Mysterio, Electro, and Venom, and the player has to control the Amazing Spider-Man. Moreover, the villains, have set the nuclear bomb, and Spiderman has to find and detonate the bomb within twenty-four hours.
